An Unholy Alliance

America seems to need someone to hate. It’s the American way. If there is no villain, there is no hero. How would we know good if there wasn’t evil? Just ask the Native Americans, the blacks, the Japanese, and the Russians. Today, the villain is Islam and the coming together of Jews and Christians to root out this common enemy is truly unprecedented. History, however, has certainly demonstrated that Jews have always hated Christians and vice versa. In fact, the oft-repeated term «Judeo-Christianity» is an embarrassing oxymoron. In reality, both groups are simply using each other to promote their respective agendas.

The Jews’ interest in Christians is purely financial. American evangelical dollars fund the back-bone of the Israeli war and propaganda machine against Muslims and Arabs. The Christian Zionists, on the other hand, believe it to be a fulfillment of God’s plan that Israel should be protected and defended in order to facilitate a number of so-called prophecies found in the convoluted book of Revelation. What Christians don’t tell the Jews, or perhaps the Jews are aware of this and simply don’t care, is that according to the New Testament, only 144,000 Jews are admitted into Paradise, and only those who weren’t «defiled by women,» meaning virgins (women defile men according to the Bible; Rev. 14:4).

This unholy alliance is truly a thing of fascination especially when we consider the vast theological differences between the Jewish and Christian traditions. How exactly do you go from a God who tells Moses to “to utterly destroy the men, women, and children of every city» (Deut 3:6) and who says «I will make My arrows drunk with blood, and My sword shall devour flesh, with the blood of the slain and the captives, from the heads of the leaders of the enemy» (Deut. 32:42) to «love your enemies» in the New Testament? How do you go from God being happy about the smashing of Babylonian children against stones (Psalm 137:9) to «resist not evil and turn the other cheek?» How do you go from «God hates all workers of iniquity; and abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man» (Psalm 5:5-6) to God is Love? If this alliance is not faith-based, then what is it based on? Hatred? Power? Oil? Blood Lust?

I heard a Jewish Zionist say on a television program the other night, «It’s time for Christians and Jews to come together as brothers in love and stand united for Israel.» Translation: PAY ME YOU DIRTY GENTILES. – Do you think this comment is too harsh? Believe me, when I say that this is only child’s play when compared to what the Talmud says about Jesus, Mary, and Christians in general. Jesus is not even called by his real name in the Talmud. According to the Pshitta, the Syriac (late Aramaic) Version of the New Testament (circa 300 CE), Jesus is called Eesho M’sheekha in his spoken language. The Qur’anic appellation, ‘Eesa, is derived from the same tri-literal root. The Talmud, however, calls him Y’shwa – an acronym consisting of the three Hebrew letters yod, sheen, and vaw which stands for “Yamach shmo w’zikro,” meaning, “May his name be blotted out forever.”

Jews are not allowed to pronounce the names of false gods according to the book of Numbers (23:13). Pat Robertson, the host of CBN’s “The 700 Club,» whom I consider to be the epitome of hatred and stupidity, allows his viewers to go onto his website and ask him questions in a little segment he calls «Bring It On!» So I brought it. I asked him the following question: «Why do Christians support Israel and claim to love the Jewish people when the Talmud slanders the Christian god Jesus by stating that he is ‘boiling in his own excrement in Hell?’ Do you support them because of your hatred for Muslims or is it because you agree with the Talmud?” The next day I received an e-mail from the 700 Club that stated, “We regret that we are not able to answer all of the questions submitted either on the air or by letter or e-mail. However, we do thank you for submitting your question.” Well you’re not welcome.

But what is the Christian belief about Jews? Paul tells us in 1 Cor. 16:22: “If any man does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema (Accursed).” I can honestly say as a Muslim that I love Jesus Christ more than my own self, my own parents, or my own children because this is what the Holy Prophet Muhammad taught us! Love isn’t exactly the word I would use to describe the feeling Jews have toward Jesus. The Elder tells us in 1 John 2:22 that anyone who does not believe that Jesus is the Christ is an antichrist – a deceiver (liar). Mainstream Judaism did not recognize Jesus as their long-awaited Messiah. Therefore, according to the New Testament, every single Jew on planet Earth in a deceiver and cannot be trusted.

The Qur’an, however, confirms the Messiahship of Jesus – “he shall be called Christ (al Masih) Jesus the son of Mary…” (Qur’an 3:45). Twice in the Book of Revelation Jesus refers to the Jews as the “synagogue of Satan.” Finally, Paul describes the Jews in his first epistle to the Thessalonians (2:15) as “Those who both killed the Lord Jesus (they’re Christ-killers), and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men.” – Yet we Muslims are called the anti-Christ and anti-Semitic?! Do Muslims believe that all Jews are hated by both God and man. Certainly not. Do Muslims believe that Mary was an adulteress and her son a false Prophet? No, again. Despite all of this damning evidence, modern-day evangelical Zionists continue to maintain that the Jews are the chosen people of God.

The paradigm has certainly shifted. It has shifted from Jew vs. Christian, as it was for nearly 2,000 years, to Judeo-Christian vs. Muslim. This unholy alliance is doing to Muslims exactly what Christians did to Jews starting in the first century. They are calling us Pagans, moon-god worshippers, barbarians, child-killers, and terrorists. They plot and plan against us, but God is also planning, and “He is the Best of Planners” (Qur’an 3:54). Their propaganda cannot defeat Truth and know that Islam will ultimately win in the end.

“Both the Jews and the Christians say: ‘We are sons of God, and his beloved.’ Say: ‘Why then doth He punish you for your sins? Nay, ye are but men,- of the men he hath created: He forgiveth whom He pleaseth, and He punisheth whom He pleaseth: and to God belongeth the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is between: and unto Him is the final goal of all’” (Qur’an 5:18).
